Jobxion is a temporary employment agency in construction and engineering. We make sure that candidates can work through us on the finest projects. This is usually done on a temp or secondment basis. For candidates who want direct employment with a client without the intervention of employment agencies, we have the option of doing so through recruitment and selection.

How does it work?
In order to find the most suitable company for you, we will first meet with you to get a clear picture of all your requirements. For example, we look at your skills, what kind of company you want to work for and the maximum distance you want to drive to work. Once we know exactly what you’re looking for, we get to work.
Upon a match, we will contact you to ask if you would like an interview with the company. If after the interview there is a mutual click then you will be offered a contract and go directly into employment with the company. The company pays us a mediation fee, so the mediation is free for you.
