What will you do
In a rapidly changing construction and technology world, you will work to find the clients for your professionals who are looking for a new step in their career. To make all this run smoothly, I expect you to:
- Work on relationship management at various levels, such as telephone contact or mailings to customers
- Expand our customer network through acquisition
- Speak to candidates and have a clear profile (also in consultation with your colleagues), and then introduce them to clients
- Carefully perform and maintain the accompanying administration (recording contact moments, registering customer needs or creating placements)

What we ask
To be able to work at JobXion, it is important that you:
- Have an affinity with sales
- Are professional, committed, results-oriented, entrepreneurial and trendsetting.
- Work together in our small, cozy team
- Are willing to travel to Geldermalsen every day
- Are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Are available at least 40 hours per week.
- Are in possession of your driving license
- Consciously choose to work in a fast and dynamic environment
