Account Manager

What will you do
In a fast-changing construction and technology world, you will work to find the customers for your professionals who are looking for a new step in their career. To make all this run smoothly, I expect you to:
- Have experience in the Sales world
- Work on relationship management at various levels, such as telephone contact or mailings to customers
- Expand our customer network through acquisition
- That you speak to candidates and have a clear profile (also in consultation with your Recruiter colleagues), to then introduce them to customers
- Carefully perform and keep track of the accompanying administration (recording contact moments, registering customer needs or creating placements)

What we ask
To be able to get started at JobXion, it is important that you:
- Have an affinity with sales
- Are professional, committed, result-oriented, enterprising and trendsetting.
- Work together in our small, cosy team
- Are willing to travel to Geldermalsen every day
- Are fluent in Dutch and English, both in speech and writing.
- Are available at least 40 hours per week.
- Have your driving license
- Consciously choose to work in a fast and dynamic environment
